I began my career in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), where I gained strong experience in senior analyst and supervisory roles. My work covered operational KPI reporting, data quality frameworks, and dashboard design. These projects deepened my understanding of large-scale data environments and their challenges.

After moving to Australia, I joined the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS). There, I managed the Business Intelligence and Geospatial Support team. My team migrated 41 high-value datasets into Microsoft Azure and implemented Qlik Sense across the organisation. We also delivered interactive dashboards for executives and analysts. This work modernised the department’s reporting and scaled its BI capabilities across complex public sector environments.

In 2018, I established Ager Consulting Pty Ltd to provide independent consulting services across data strategy, engineering, and business intelligence in Australia. After 6 successful years delivering high-impact solutions to clients as a sole practitioner, I saw the opportunity to scale.

In 2024, I rebranded and relaunched the company as AGER BI Pty Ltd, expanding our services and reinventing our delivery model to meet growing demand. Today, AGER BI is a dynamic and agile business intelligence consultancy with a small but highly skilled and certified team of handpicked senior developers and consultants who share my commitment to excellence.

As Director, I remain deeply involved in every project. I personally scope and lead engagements while guiding the team to ensure every solution is tailored, technically sound, and delivered with care and accountability.
