My career began in the UK’s National Health Service (NHS), where I built a strong foundation in senior analyst and supervisory roles. I was responsible for everything from operational KPI reporting to leading enterprise-level data quality frameworks and dashboard design, giving me a deep appreciation for the complexities of large-scale data environments.

After relocating to Australia, I joined the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), where I managed the Business Intelligence and Geospatial Support team. I led the successful migration of 41 high-value datasets into Microsoft Azure, implemented Qlik Sense throughout the organisation, and delivered interactive dashboards used by executives and analysts alike. My work helped modernise and scale BI capabilities for some of the most complex reporting environments in the public sector.

In 2018, I established Ager Consulting Pty Ltd to provide independent consulting services across data strategy, engineering, and business intelligence in Australia. After 6 successful years delivering high-impact solutions to clients as a sole practitioner, I saw the opportunity to scale.

In 2024, I rebranded and relaunched the company as AGER BI Pty Ltd, expanding our services and reinventing our delivery model to meet growing demand. Today, AGER BI is a dynamic and agile business intelligence consultancy with a small but highly skilled and certified team of handpicked senior developers and consultants who share my commitment to excellence.
